Stay hydrated

Staying hydrated is probably the most talked-about summer tip. Be sure to drink plenty of water upon rising in the morning, as well as during your exercise and activities. Protect your eyes and skin around them by investing in quality sunglasses that have large lenses that cover the entire area, providing protection against UV not just to the eyes but also the skin.

 

Accessorize right

Comfortable and appropriate clothing can also go a long way in protection one’s skin when out in open. Wear light colors and natural fabrics such as cotton and linen. Make sure you cover your mouth, nose, and ears when you're outside to prevent dehydration caused by the hot winds. Protect your eyes with sunglasses and cover your head with a hat or umbrella.
